Ronald Kleinman:  For the last dozen years, Dean has taken care of all my PC problems and needs including virus removal, problem solving, upgrades and building several PCs for me (and several of my friends and family members) from the ground up. You know the "dreaded blue-screen" or those irritating error messages that pop-up? Dean knows what it all means and he has taken care of several of those error-type warnings for me plus all my other past PC problems.
